Executive Chef Zack, Food and Beverage Director Matthew, and Events Coordinator Amy have put together a whirlwind night of romance and a repast to remember. The evening starts at 7 with the last dance at 11. I met with Zack and asked for details. His response, “We’ll begin with fancy Hors D’oeuvres, a complimentary glass of wine or ale, a roasted walnut and strawberry mix of tossed greens, entrees of grilled sea bass with mango salsa, hand carved prime rib with creamy horseradish sauce and Cajun chicken pasta, sides of grilled asparagus, garlic or lobster mashed potatoes, and an assortment of breads”. “A chocolate fountain and a wonderful selection of deserts will follow for that after dinner moment of pleasure”. Enjoy love songs of the 70s and 80s during dinner and dance after to your favorites from the 40s thru today.
